Who is Corner Farms?
Under the leadership of Jeff Mogan, CEO, Corner Farms is a private foundation and grant organization dedicated to helping families and non-profits fund projects and obtain the necessary financial help to overcome challenges.
We understand that when challenges arise or organizations seek funding for new programs, money will make the difference between success and failure. Acting immediately, upon request, Corner Farms will initiate a network of resources to help in every situation.
Our Mission
It is our mission to provide immediate and on-going assistance to at-risk individuals and families through mentorship, counseling, and support, joining resources to enforce the need to move past challenges quicky and effectively and avoid future challenges.
